Refund policy

Apparel: Atown accepts any apparel returns within 14 days of purchase so long as the garment is unwashed, unworn, and unaltered. A full refund will be issued to the credit card used for payment usually within 2-3 business days of receipt of authorized returned items. Clothing items must be returned with original hang tags still attached.

Non-Apparel: Atown accepts non-apparel returns within 14 days of purchase so long as the item is unused in its original packaging. Candles, cosmetics, nail products and "catstudio" brand products are not eligible for return unless the item shipped contains a manufacturing defect. A full refund will be issued to the credit card used for payment usually within 2-3 business days of receipt of the authorized returned item.

Were you unsatisfied with a hair care/skin care/cosmetics product? We are happy to exchange the item for store credit. Simply email contactatown@gmail.com or call the store at 512-323-2533 for more information. 

All sale items are final sale. No returns will be accepted on marked down items.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on international orders at this time.
