Licensed by the TxDOT and featuring embroidered eyes, nose and mouth, they're safe for children of all ages (conforms to safety regulations of ASTMF963)! Squishy to the touch and with plastic pellets in the seat so that they always appear to be standing at attention and ready for play, they’re just the right size for little hands. The sublimated (a printing process whereby the graphic is embedded in the fabric and will never peel off) message on their torso says it all!
